I have been going to Frances to get my eyebrows waxed for years, as well as for facials. As much as I dread the "quick" pain of the wax, he always make its comfortable & is so personable & fun to talk to. Most importantly, he listens to what I want & gives great advice. I have tried a few other places, but clearly Frances is the best in the Alexandria area. I would definitely recommend this spa, as I visit it every 3 weeks!!
