I had actually been to the Atlantis Spa a couple times before my most recent and LAST trip there. I booked three facials for me and my sisters before my wedding and was very excited for some stress free time.
When I arrived, they only had two appointments. The girl at the front desk was incredibly rude about it and basically looked at me as I started to panic and said "There are only enough spots for the two of you. We can't do anything about it" She didn't apologize (even though I know I gave them three names since I spelled them). I was so incredibly upset that my morning of zen was quickly unraveling and (I'm a little embarrassed to admit) I broke down in tears. The front desk girl looked at me and said "Are you ready to go back?" WHY would you say that to someone who is obviously upset. Again, she showed a complete lack of compassion and didn't appear to be willing to help me at all with THEIR booking problem. I told her no, I wasn't really feeling a spa day if one of my sisters couldn't make it and she went to get a manager. She said they were trying to call in a facialist and said I needed to go to the locker room and get ready because I had to use my appointments. It was awful, worst customer service.
I would visit this business again? No
