I have only been to the Lily Pad a few times and from day one to now its just not the same. First of all, The only one that has a brain is the OWNER Rachel and she only does massages. But its really sad when she has to do that and handle everything else since everyone else is new. Its a shame the staff can't work to par. To book a appt you have to know what you want since the other girls dont have a clue. I suggest doing your homework before calling. Oh and dont think you get special treatment.. nothing but brown nosing goin around... Good luck
