I will return to this spa because of customer service. I have received such wonderful care from Lauren that although I can get manis/pedis anywhere, I want to return there. She made me feel like my business was wanted and appreciated and to me when spending money on a spa service, that is important.

I like this spa for manis/pedis but the facilities are a bit small and I prefer a locker/changing area for massages and facials. I have had a very nice massage there once, but I do have to say that the room wasn't very quiet since I could hear the passing road traffic. But I have always had great manis/pedis and their retail area is fantastic.

This is a very nice spa but the relaxation/waiting room was a bit small and could use a little something else. The changing area was a little small as well. But my treatment was great and customer service was pleasant.

I highly recommend using Laurie for services. She is by the best at her craft and has made a loyal customer out of me. I drive from far to this spa just to see her. She is professional and courtesy and makes you feel like your business is appreciated.

Overall the facility is nice. I would like to see some consistency in the rest of the staff, mostly front desk, reception and phone. As I do frequent the spa fairly regularly I tend to notice certain things.

The other techs and and services providers are excellent as well.

This spa is my go-to place. They regularly have deals and specials which isn't too common at decent spas. I have had some issues with minor booking errors, but I find that if I do it online it works well. I do wish the relaxation/waiting area wasn't co-ed, that just doesn't make me comfortable but there generally aren't a lot of men present anyway. I have had a few nail techs that aren't as good as the others, not bad, just don't go the extra mile. But I have learned who I like an request those people. Have had great facials and waxing there.

I have enjoyed my services at this spa. The facilities are very nice, up to date and clean. There doesn't seem to be a wide variety of services but the ones that they do offer are excellent. The staff has always been pleasant and helpful.

This spa is a warm environment where everyone makes you feel like they are happy you are there. They have went through some recent changes and upgrades. Everything is crisp, clean and new.

I highly recommend Kevin for a nice massage. I have a hard time finding anyone that can work out my tension and he is great! And he is pleasant and professional.

We recently went to the Saybrook Point for a girls spa day. The facilities are beautiful, the staff is very friendly and the restaurant was great. Our only complaint was a bit of a wait (and on our second visit) at the desk. It is clearly a busy place so they should probably staff the desk a bit more. But overall it was a fantastic experience.

I was a patron at this spa for years. It was one of the best I have been to. Great technicians, amazing relaxation room and a very warm, personable staff. However, recently there have been some changes in the system and staffing and after a few visits that were subpar I have ended my patronage. I can get massages and facials anywhere, I chose this spa because of the spectacular customer service and atmosphere. It is no longer any different than any other chain or big company spa.
