This place looks like a closet turned into a "salon". I guess it's supposed to feel "personal" or "private" or something, but it didn't come off as a good thing. There is only one manicure and one pedicure station, and only 1 employee. The place was absolutely filthy, and I mean filthy like dirty floors and tables, and dirty machines. Gemma arrived a couple minutes late looking like she just got off a long night's work. Her dress was low cut and too tight, with a slit almost all the way up to her underwear in front. Extremely unprofessional. It ruined a girls' morning out, and I am never ever going back again.
