I have been a customer of Lily Pad since they opened 5 years ago, and have all of my services done with them - waxing, facials, and massage.
The staff is a joy - you always feel welcome and the atmosphere is friendly and relaxing. I never feel like I have to be formal or properly dressed, and since they are focused on wellness and the mind and body - there isn't the distraction of hair/nails/toes and the harried pace of a salon.
The music, color scheme, scents, and relaxation room all add to the experience. I recommend this spa to all of my friends, neighbors, family and acquaintances.
