I've been struggling with acne for decades and used various products over the years. Although expensive I decided to try this 80min treatment.

My technician was Adiam. She was running a few minutes late and asked their massage therapist to offer a complimentary chair massage while I waited. I declined but thought the offer was good customer service. Since the treatment started late I set a timer to ensure I received the full 80min...and she gave me much more.

The bed was comfortable and warm. I normally have pain on the back of my head by the end of a long facial but not this time. Before and during the treatment she queried me on various aspects of my skin care and dietary regime. Instead of pushing products, she encouraged me to increase the greens and fish oils in my diet. We scheduled the next treatment for 2 weeks later when she said we can consider adding Aveda products.

The next day and for the next week, the worst acne below my ears on my neck has been minimal. I believe this is from the photo light treatment that she used in that area. I go back today for my next treatment and think the inclusion of greens/fish oil supplements has helped a lot.

My first experience with this location is the salon for a basic haircut. I was greeted upon entry, coat checked and able to relax as I was informed my stylist would be right with me. Jess started with a scalp massage with refreshing oil then off to hair wash station. A nice massage while washing my hair and then back to the chair. She make quick work of my dead ends and blew out so well it almost looked as if I had flat-ironed. I hope to try out the spa soon as the treatment options sound wonderful.

Although parking is only available on street, I managed a spot right in front of the spa. Upon entering the receptionist greeted me warmly, provided forms for me to complete and took my coat. Right on time Amanda took me upstairs for my combo massage. I have permanent jewelery around my neck and waist which she expertly worked around. During the massage, Amanda used focused pressure to release the knots around my shoulder blades and neck. The massage bed was warm and lighting very relaxing. Between my combo massage and facial Amanda passed on the permenant jewelry situation to Audrey, my facial aesthecian who had a plan to wrap it in a towel during the galvanized current portion of my facial. As noted in other reviews, they do no use steam but the products and tools did a wonderful job of cleaning and softening my skin. Finally the reflexology treatment……I experienced a bit of pain during the pressure on one of the meridians on both feet which turned out to be the lungs area. I tolerated the pain as I knew that working that area would release the congestion I had been living with for the last 2 months. This is the next day and my congestion is greatly reduced with no meds.
