I am very hard to please sometimes and will only give a place raving reviews if they go beyond what is expected. I had a wonderful spa experience and the look and feel is great. What made it even better was customer service that was better than I expected. I had parked on the street and my therapist went out of the hotel found my car and added coins for me, plus he gave me extra time in my room to enjoy my bath after the massage. If you want to feel like royalty THIS is the place to go!!!

I really wanted to like this place but it just didn't compare to my other spa that I go to that is similarly priced.

The main lobby has a nice relaxed feel to it and very homey. The owner is really friendly and I got a good vibe from her.

My issues were that the message room felt too much like a room in someones house. Stuffy, no decor not spa like at all.

The message (most important part) was just okay and felt too fragmented; pressure didn't feel right.

Also no amenities like a sauna or anything...

Would not go back but glad I tried it because it made me love my normal place (RA Spa in Burbank) so much more!!

I love montage Beverly hills and this one is another great location that i use for when I need a "Daycation"

I Love RA Spa Its down the block from me and gives me all the wonderful amenities I expect from more expensive spas w/o the hassle of having to drive down there.

I absolutely LOVE love love this Spa, it's certainly the best in L.A. I think. I mean, you get the Peninsula experience included when you visit, so to me, that's so worth it. I love the valet and bell guys in their cute uniforms and walking through the beautiful lobby.
