First time wax for facial hair - OUCH!

The spa is beautiful and the staff is friendly but the person who gave me a wax wasn't the nicest and because it was my first time getting facial hair waxed off my face, it hurt to say the least. I wish I had been warned and then the bill literally shocked me $88. Did it work - ABSOLUTELY! Would I go again, OF COURSE, but only if I couldn't find another spa that would do a great job. She really needed to be a bit more friendly . And it would've helped to be more open about the cost.

I went to a spa party at Zen Wellness and didn't quite know what to expect but I was so pleasantly surprised until I have made an appointment for a body wrap. Never have I had someone massage pain out of my hand like this young man did and he was so knowledgeable. You could tell he loved what he was doing. Though I choose two other services and they were also excellent (scalp massage and parrafin dip for the hands), the ultimate was the hand massage. The atmosphere was so relaxing which is exactly what I needed after getting off work from what is a stressful environment. I even saw a co-worker there who said she was going to bring her staff. I told her excellent idea. I'd recommend this spa to everyone. The location is great, the atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing, the staff is polite and knowledgeable and the menu of services seem endless.
I would visit this business again? Yes
