After purchasing my Microdermabrasion Facial Groupon I called the Body Shop Massage and Day Spa and left a message asking them to call me back to make an appointment. Guess what? No one ever called me back. Several days later, I called again. Finally someone called me back the next day. I made an appointment for Feb. 6. I became sick with a cold and a terrible earache on Feb. 4. On Monday, Feb. 5th I called and had to cancel, but I asked for an appointment on Tuesday, Feb. 21 at 11 a.m. No one ever called me back to confirm my appointment. The morning of the appointment I called from 9 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. Again, no one answered my phone calls .Finally at 10:30 a.m. I drove to the Spa!! Guess again? I did not have an appointment. The lady behind the counter ( she was only there because she walked a client to the front) said everyone was busy with clients. Perhaps a receptionist should be hired. I have contacted Groupon and asked for my money back. Don't bother calling The Body Shop Massage and Day spa you probably will not get a call back.
