I went in for cut and color. When removing the foils, the "stylist's" comment was "Uh-oh". It went down hill from there. My hair was fried and orange. She had to retreat it. When I left, the girls out front said how pretty it was. I was stupid enough to pay! When I went back a week later to complain about the horrible condition of my hair, they said the stylist was no longer there. They offered me a $100 treatment - at full price - to help correct the damage. I hope that this was an isolated incident, but I will not return to this place of business.
