I recently went with a group of friends for a girls day out to celebrate ourselves and healthy living. When we arrived I was impressed at the location. I used to work in the neighborhood (around the corner actually from the site). It was good to see the space being put to a good use.
It was afternoon when we arrived. There were a few people waiting to checkout so we patiently waited. After a few minutes we were given the check-in form to fill out. They did not have enough clipboards or pens to provide for the FOUR of us. After we filled out the form we were asked if it was our first time. We replied yes and then were given locker keys and sent on our way. The check-out process was not explained, we were not given information about how to pay for purchases inside the spa, nor were we directed to where anything was in the spa.
One of the woman in my party had a surprise massage scheduled. The masseuse was waiting outside of the women's locker room asking everyone if they were my friend. I'm wondering if someone said yes, would they have gotten the massage her boyfriend paid for.
While she went for her massage (which she did enjoy) the rest of us ventured to explore what else there was. Not much!
I would visit this business again? No
