After tripping over uneven carpeting during the 'tour' at the very beginning of our visit and injuring my knee - which meant I could not attend any of the classes and my enjoyment of the day was very limited - Champneys have studiously ignored any communication from me. I feel there are serious health and safety concerns at this facility and I would warn any Spa goers to be very careful walking around the site. Insist on taking your belongings, robes etc. to the lockers before the tour. Good luck.
