I had a package that included 50 min massage, 25 min body polish, frangipani hair treatment and 25 min facial. The massage was just OK, definitely not good though. I do not think I got the frangipani treatment at all after re-reading the description, she did massage my scalp for a few minutes but there was nothing in my hair after wards. The body polish was the worst part. She rubbed a sticky gritty substance over my dry skin for max 5 min(should have been wet) then had me take a shower...finished. No lotion or anything afterwards. I complained and they told me the body butter was in the shower. It was not in the shower, and a 25 min treatment should have included rubbing the lotion in, not having a customer do it themselves. The facial was surprisingly very good though. I was pretty mad a left without stopping at the desk, they took it upon themselves to charge a gratuity to my credit card which I will be disputing.
I would visit this business again? No
