I called for a color appointment. I was told no appointment was necessary if I came in immediatelly. I came in 20 mins later and the place was almost completely empty (not a great sign for a weekend). Three stylists were just waiting around at the front desk. When I told them I had no appointment but I had called ahead, I received an eye roll from a stylist named "Shawn."
Shawn and I proceeded to talk about my hair coloring. This woman was so impatient and rude to me that I walked out. I do not understand why someone who has no appointment would be rude to a customer willing to fork over $200 for highlights, plus tip.
I would visit this business again? No
