Very Disappointing Experience

Though I was excited to try a new salon in the area, I had an awful experience at Bella Duran and will not be returning.
The owner, and woman in charge of facials, was rude and condescending toward me. My appointment was for 11am, and she had even called me two days prior confirming it for 11am.
I showed up at 10:40 to have her roll her eyes and tell me "You're late. You're appointment was at 10". Instead of accommodating to her customer or apologizing for her mistake she snapped in an angry tone telling me she has no open spaces this week or next.
I have worked in customer service for years, and understand the difficulties of the industry, but the number one rule is "the customer is always right".
Because of the owner's attitude, I left the salon in tears.
To say the least, I will never, ever, be returning to Bella Duran.
I would visit this business again? No
