I was so disappointed when I arrived for my appointment and had to wait for over five minutes to get in the door while the receptionist talked on the phone and ignored my buzz. Upon arrival, I had the privilege of overhearing a conversation where the owner talked to her staff member as is she were a servant...I was so disappointed to hear that...not to mention the fact that the staff turnover rate is ridiculous; I have yet to see the same staff members in the spa and now my colorist is no longer there and they conveniently do not have a forwarding phone number for him but before they told me that, they tried to pawn me off on one of their fly-by-night staff members, No Thanks! I will use Facebook to find my stylist since they are unwilling to help me. If an owner is incapable of maintaining their staff, what does that say about them? No much, would be my answer.
