I met David and Angela when I came to Kailua-Kona to race Ironman Hawaii.
I was a mess! My legs were tight with lots of adhesions, my shoulders were immobile, I was stressed out about the race and really needed some TLC and also some smart bodywork from somebody who knew their anatomy.
David booked me, made sure everything was set up perfectly when I arrive, and then Angela worked on me several times during race week. She was incredibly intuitive and had me completely prepared by the time the race rolled around, with every muscle feeling good and doing what it was supposed to. Plus, both her and David are a pleasure to talk to and they're very nice and trustworthy people.
I *highly* recommend - not just for Ironman triathletes - but for anyone who wants a very good massage and an excellent experience.
And by the way, I PR'd at the race with a 9:36!
I would visit this business again? Yes
