I have been here twice and has actually been seen once.
The first time I went to do my hair. I wanted to get highlights and blow dry. Well let me tell you my appt. was at 11:00am I left the place @6:00pm. What!!! yes this was reaction. It was crazy it was full I actually waited for 2 just to get hair washed. Well than i decided to give it another try, this time during the week figured it might be better. So i had an appt at 6pm. I arrive @ place at 5:45. I had received a call about a minute before i arrived while i was parking. I arrive at place. and was told that they had just called me to let me know the lady left because she leaves a little early or some excuse. Made no sense if she was planning pn leaving early why call 15 min before appt. than she respond we just noticed she was no longer here. they asked if they can schedule another appt. Of course I said NO. I was so upset. I had to pay a babysitter, i have four kids. I had to be @ a event by 8. So now i had to try to drive around and take a risk at another place around there in hopes they would take me and hopefully do a great job. So disappointed
I would visit this business again? No
