Was definitely not the experience I expected. Spa was nice. The rooms were ok except for the noise that I could hear from the reception desk right outside my room. Next was my therapist, not so good. I could tell right from his 1st touch how inexperienced he was. And when I asked how long he had been doing massage he told me he just graduated 6 months ago. NOT something you tell clients. Especially when you are trying to build a clientele. I have had many massages and have a lot of experience in the field. He was very polite and really tried to do his best but lacked the confidence needed that you get from experience. Partly my fault for not asking for someone with experience. I also think that if you are going to let massage therapists do facial treatments, invasive or not, you really need to educate them on how to do treatments properly. I really didn't hate this place and am willing to give it another try. Hopefully better next time.
