Had custom manicure the day before going on holiday - 14 days later, including much use of the swimming pool, the manicure is still beautifully shiny with not a chip in sight. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Only drawback was temperature of the public areas - a little cool due to unseasonal snow. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Will definitely return.
