I have chronic rhomboid/trap/scapular shoulder pain and also problems with my soleus and ankle.
OVERALL: Basic massage like a chiro office not a spa.
Newer office, very clean. Book online and lage staff = easy & fast appointment. Good location & open late!
Only facility in the area to accept Spa Finders Gift Cert
QUALITY: Great Deep tissue. Comfortable table.
VARIETY: Basic massage techniques. No extra pamering add ons.
ATMOSPHERE: Clean. No quiet sanctuary, lockerroom, or water features, just calm colors and basic office furniture. Music is piped through building and was too loud in room.
EXPERTISE: Proper technique & pressure adjustment. Did not give much feedback, and I like to know what they notice so I can understand my body better.
