I found Betty's Body Shop while looking for a place to use my SpaFinder Gift Certificate. I lucked out. The location is great and the atmosphere is unremarkable. I was scheduled for a 60 minute Swedish Massage but was interested in a Deep Tissue Massage. She answered all of my questions and decided the Deep Tissue is what I really wanted and needed. Once the massage started I knew it was going to be good so I asked if she had time to do a 90 minute massage. She was able to accommodate my request. Betty was able to find the areas that needed extra attention. After the massage she gave me some suggestions on how to incorporate good posture exercises into my day. I really appreciated her suggestions. I will definitely be back! Thank you Betty!
