Unprofessional, rushed, and distracted

I just had my hair cut and colored at La Bella, and the service was unprofessional and poor. The gal told me she was rushing because she was double booked, and then only half listened to me. She seemed unaware that I was a person and that service mattered.
The employees talked mostly to each other, and barely spoke to me. They took a break and left me completely alone in the salon for at least 15 minutes. I left with my hair still damp and not styled, and the color was not complete enough I could still see my previous color underneath in areas.
Usually a spa day I leave feeling special and like I took time for myself, and this experience had me feeling like I was pushed through and overlooked. I would not return here again, especially when there are so many establishments that will focus on both service and product.
I would visit this business again? No
