I bought a Groupon and made an appointment for a pedicure a week in advance and they didn't have me booked in when i showed up so I was forced to go elsewhere. The manager was not helpful or accommodating and quite frankly, kind of rude. A friend of mine had also purchased a Groupon not too long ago for a manicure and they cancelled her appointment 2 times before she was actually able to get in.
It takes a lot for me to complain as I have worked in customer service for 10 years, but this was appalling. I thought the whole point of advertising your business on Groupon was to gain new clientele? Guess what, I will probably never spend a dime at Angelo's and I will not be recommending this Salon to anyone I know.I would visit this business again? No
