I started going here just 3 months ago, and what a difference. First off, there is no contract, and the monthly fee is only $19.99.....what better investment in yourself than that? But I actually think that the most helpful thing is to make sure you are doing everything properly to achieve the results you want...... Matt Heck, the owner of this little gym, is very knowledgeable. You get a free hour of personal training with the start up of your membership, and he really helps to make sure you learn what you NEED to reach your own personal goals. You can purchase extra training ours if you want (which are definitely worth it), but there is really no pressure. Matt is so dedicated to his business, there is rarely a time that he is not there! I have messed up and injured my ankles so badly over the years, and he has even given me exercises to help with their strengthening. Fitness Now is certainly the place to go. Low cost, no contract membership, personal training, and NO PRESSURE!!!
