I received a groupon gift certificate for a facial/massage and I have been trying to schedule an appointment for over three weeks. I received one call back telling me that they had a day open, but when I called to try to find out a time, I never received a call back. Recently when I call to inquire, I am told the "mail box is full." I would like to visit this business the first time.
