My husband booked this spa for me for mothers day (a massage and a facial). Here is my experience: I was initially scheduled for a Tues, but was then called & had to reschedule for a week later, a week that my husband was out of town & thus needed to get, and pay, a sitter to watch my kids. When I walked in, there were 2 chairs in a small waiting room, I filled out some paperwork and was anticipating going to change into a comfy robe, sit in a relaxing meditation type room while I sipped on some fruity water & indulged in some gossip magazines while I awaited my massage and facial, as this was what I was accustomed to. This was not what I got. Instead, I was lead into the massage room/facial room/office. Yes, you heard correctly, an office, fully equipped with an assistant typing at her computer. Elise set up a small screen where I stripped down with her & her assistant just on the other side - not awkward at all. I then settled in for my facial, only to be interrupted by other staff members barging in, the assistant rummaging around to unplug something, loud music, the sound of typing at a computer, a phone ringing, & the clicking hands on a clock. Not the spa day I was hoping for :( Needless to say, I will not be returning.
I would visit this business again? No
