I was appalled at the very poor treatment over the phone by the owner Michael of my wife and I on Mothers day. His unprofessional treatment left us stressed and angered on a day we should be relaxing. The story... Michael angrily berated me on the phone and complained at length on *all* the customers that have no respect for him when I was simply trying to confirm a Sunday appointment in advance due to confusion on if they were open on Mother's Day Sunday (their voicemail and website clearly stated they were closed). When I responded that I was shocked he was responding this way and tried to respond... he hung up on me! INEXCUSABLE! Lifestream's average spa and fuzzy slippers are definitely not worth the risk of experiencing the disgruntled owners wrath.

I would visit this business again? No
