Just a note that the spa is located in the PalmsPlace and is a little walk if you're staying at the Palms - the staff had trouble pointing me in the right direction.
I went early in the morning so pretty much had the spa area to myself. The facilities are clean and beautiful and there was always an attendant nearby. They have a cold plunge which something I look for, and I believe, a necessity to complete any treatment cycle.
The hammam is a wonderful place to relax and is especially wonderful because it's co-ed. I spent some time here when the sauna broke down and they needed to send in maitenance.
I would visit this business again? Yes
