What a day - I had the most amazing massage from Verma, relaxing yet invigorating, a truly special treat. This was followed by a rejuvenating facial, a delicious meal then a little light exercise to burn off the naughty chocolate brownie. A really friendly spa, with good facilities and wonderful therapists. Many thanks.
