I can't speak to the quality of service because I never got in the door. I made an appointment online and received my conformation email. I arrived on time and found the locked and dead bolted. The lights were on (including the open sign) but no one was there. I called and got the answering machine. Nothing indicated a reason they were not open. There was no sign on the door, no message on the machine, no email to my account to explain why they were not there. I waited 15 minutes for someone to return and no one ever did. I have one day a week to spend on myself and now I will have to wait a whole week before I can schedule an appointment SOMEWHERE ELSE. I am glad this was a treat for me and not an appointment to prepare for a special event.
