This is not a place I would ever return to. My mother and I went with certificates purchased for us for mothers day. We arrived at 725pm for out 730 appts which is 10 minutes later than we were asked to arrive but there was a lot of traffic and we got a little lost. When we arrived we were told to sit and drink some water and then told to use bathroom and then taken to our rooms. I was told to get undressed and lie down and the masseuse pointed to a towel for me to cover up. she walked out of the room and before i had a chance to hang my clothes and lay down, she walked right back in to the room. She didnt knock or anything. Then seeing me standing there naked, she didnt leave and just waited for me to hang my clothes and lay down. She didnt understand English so when I said id be ready in a minute, she just stood there. That being said, I tried to relax anyway as I was supposed to be getting a 75 minute whole body and head massage with foot reflexology. She began the massage by pushing down very roughly on my back over the towel. she continued with this for at least 10 minutes. Then she began the actual massage with oil but she was very rough and when I asked her to go a little softer, again she didnt understand me. She was literally hurting me and it was far from relaxing. Eventually she lightened up and continued the massage. She probably spend35 minutes on my back, and she did not do anything evenly. She worked a lot on one side and included my arm and hand but then when she did the other side, she barely touched my arm or hand. The same thing with my legs. She spend about 10 minutes on one side and then only about 5 on the other. She did not do reflexology on my feet and in fact massaged one foot and barely even touched the other. . She then went to get a steaming hot towel which she placed on my back but then used to wipe the oil off of me and in a very rough manner and the towel was rough and uncomfortable and she used the same towel for a long time even tho the water had gotten cold. IT was very uncomfortable. Then she asked me to turn over. She then rubbed my face in a very strange way for 5 minutes then started to massage my head. Instead of massaging tho, it was like she was scratching my head vigorously. it felt nice but not relaxing at all. I should also mention that while I was having my massage, another woman kept coming into the room and the two of them were speaking in another language while I was being massaged. It was like going to a nail salon and having the girls speak nonstop to each other in a language which I do not understand. VERY RUDE. I do not go back to these nail salons if this occurs. I did not feel physically relaxed when I left this place. I also do not feel that I was given a good massage at all. I do not believe that I had foot reflexology or a head massage. I feel that because I had paid in advance for a gift certificate, I was not given what I paid for at all. Very unprofessional. Very rude. Also, at end of massage, we were completely rushed out of the place. The girls were changed into their street clothes and standing there waiting for us to leave before my mom was even dressed and out of the room. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!
