I have been going to Le Visage for almost 2 years and always schedule with the same person for facials and waxes. However I went in a few weeks ago and was told at that time my normal esthetician wasn't there and asked if I wanted to reschedule. Well...I had already moved my plans around that appointment and was already there so I just stayed and let someone else do my eyebrows. MISTAKE! She burned my eyebrows and then acted like I was just sensitive. I called and left a message for the owner, who had the receptionist call me back, and she never called me herself to apologize or anything.
First - let people know if their normal person, that they trust, isn't going to be there BEFORE they come for an appointment. Second - if a customer has been burned or hurt in some way I would expect that the owner would call them personally to apologize. The ONLY reason I will continue to go to Le Visage is because I trust my esthetician!I would visit this business again? Yes
