I had a great experience the first time at this spa and booked another appointment. Unfortunately in a serious of unfortunate events (phone lost, fire drill at work) the next appointment had slipped my mind. They called my within the 24 hour window and "left a message". Then called again after my appointment was due. I was going to be charge THE FULL AMOUNT of the facial $100+ for not showing up. After a prolong conversation, the associate then states that I would only have to pay $27.95 as a cancellation fee and "Because you're not like a long time customer, like you've been coming here for years, we can not give you an exception".
I gave up and told the associate to just charge me and I am never returning to this dreaded spa, she then decides to give me an exception. Regardless of the wonderful experience I had the first time, this spa exercises some very shady practices. No email reminders, no actual confirmation of appointments, and threatening customers the FULL AMOUNT of their treatment.
Thank you Spa Studio for this horrendous experience. I will be taking my business elsewhere.I would visit this business again? No
