I had a 'luxury' manicure and pedicure here yesterday but unfortunately the experience was not great, the manager who greeted me was totally miserable and un welcoming, the manicure and pedicure area was filthy with dirty towels and mess everywhere from previous clients. My therapist did make an effort and was friendly and warm but the treatments themselves were not up to scratch for the price.
My overall impression was that no one really cared, especially the manager it was very impersonal,and poor treatment quality. It is not a luxury day spa in my opinion but a less then average high street salon. Would not go again.
