I've been a loyal client beginning with my 1st visit in 2002 I I was looking for a salon that 'would be there' for me with no turnover and as top-notch as the Newbury St salon I'd used for over 20 yrs. Ellie & Helena surpassed those high standards. My hair color is super-natural looking, colleages say I look some 15 years younger; This is due to the beautiful highlights by Helena for which she consistently receives BestofBoston awards. Ellie always comes through with exactly the cut I love and has been extraordinarily flexible when I've had to ask for an unsched'd appt. prior to unanticipated travel. I joke that I should come in regardless of any appointment, just to relax, be in the serene atmosphere and imagine, easily, that I'm in a 5-star salon in Asia--I can compare their services here as similar in feeling and expertise. Many friends,colleagues, and even a wedding party have appreciated my recommending that they come to the Spa. Visiting the salon is its own best advertisement.
I would visit this business again? Yes
