I took mom here on Mother's Day for a facial and massage, since they have reasonable intro prices. So we went in and enjoyed being pampered. Unfortunately, my mom had an allergic reaction to one of the face creams later that day since she has very sensitive skin. And so she called them and they invited her to come back in for an additional deep cleanser facial for free and her face healed great! Their customer service and knowledge in their products are beyond any other spa we've been to. Now my mom and I include a full body massage on our mother/daughter nights once a month.
