Just a phone call June 23, 2012
To be fair to the rest of the staff, this is all about the initial phone calls. Called twice and wasn't impressed with the phone conversation either time.
Family vacation in Florida, 27 of us, 3 generations coming from different parts of the United States. Five of us have gift cards from spafinder and have never been to a spa. I explained this to her the first time I called.
She needs refreshed in customer service phone skills. I wasn't able to actually ask my questions because she would try to answer them before I could finish and talk over me.
Didn't take the time to explain services (couldn't ask because she talks over me, I tried)
So, I went back to spafinder.com and found a place that not only had a better first impression, but is willing to accommodate all five of us at the same time so we aren't spending a big portion of our day at the spa.I would visit this business again? No
