Unbelievable..Unprofessional...Unacceptable June 29, 2012
My skin is extremely sensitive. When buying products, I always ensure that the spa has a great return policy. When I purchased an Epicuren product from Advantage Body Care, I made sure to inquire about product exchanges since Epicuren does not accept returns. Two members of their staff stated,"If you experience a reaction, we will gladly take the product back for an even exchange only." Unfortunately, I experienced an adverse reaction from the cleanser and had to return it. My schedule is hectic as I am a full time Student. The product was returned a little over a week late. Instead of being confronted with the same level of customer service I received when walking in the door a week later, I experienced nothing but pure rudeness and criticism. The girl explained to me,that the owner would have to contact Epicuren to see if they would accept the product. Secondly, she explained that my bottle should last six months and that I used two months worth of product in a,little over a week. That is the most absurd thing I have ever heard..let alone impossible. This issue could have been resolved in a more professional manner. As a result they have lost business and have been given a negative,review over $25.00
