I have to agree with others that the word spa is misleading. However I guess you can always research where your going in advance live and learn, I was glad I made enquiries first.
As for shabby i didnt stay too long to take it all in. However the first impression was of someone on reception not in therapist uniform. Therapists sitting about not doing anything and a big dog in the reception area. On the whole not very welcoming and I think they need to make some improvements before they use the word Spa.
I would visit this business again? No
