STAY AWAY OR YOU MAY PUT YOUR HEALTH AT RISK!!

My sister and I booked a surprise couples swedish massage and foot/leg massage for my mom and dad for father's day. My mother returned home with a gash (cut) about 1 1/2 inces long on her upper back area!! Looking back, my mom said she did feel a slightly funny feeling when the scratching occurred, but thought nothing of it because the feeling only lasted a few seconds. She thought assumed it was nothing at all. She had no idea the severity of it until she got home. The initial "funny feeling" she felt at spa later turned into a burning sensation and worsened. The cut became more apparent as the days went by. Since my mom is a very gentle and soft spoken person she did not want to make a big deal out of it when she was at the spa because again, she really assumed it was nothing. However, being in the field of public health, both my sister and I found this to be atrocious-- downright unacceptable. What did the message therapist do or have on her hand that could've caused this? nails, a ring?? Who knows what kind of nicks or cuts this masseuse could have had; there are a number infectious diseases this so called professional spa therapist could have exposed my mom to and yet she made NOT ONE attempt to address this situation. Sh
I would visit this business again? No
