Now this is what customer service is all about! Valina has made it impossible to compete in customer service and client satisfaction for any other business I patronize, not just beauty salons. They go out of their way to make sure that their clients are 100% happy & if they're ever not, instead of getting defensive and snippy--like other places--they just fix it. I don't know what owner Nina did here, but whatever it is, I wish that more owners would do the same. I followed my stylist here, but God forbid should she leave I am staying at Valina! I have sent them soo many people and will continue to send them people because this is one business that actually deserves business, and because this is one salon/spa that everyone must try at least once. Thank you Valina!
