What in the hell???

What in the hell are the other reviewers talking about. I visited this spa after purchasing a groupon deal. I thought I was going to have an aweful experience and mentally prepared myself for such. Yet, I was completely satisfied from beginning to end. I arrived 7 minutes late for my hour long massage. When I approached the front desk, I was greeted with friendly smiles. My Tech, Cole, was waiting for me. She was extremely pleasant. She told me exactly what to expect. After my massage, she showed me the locker room. She offered me a glass of champagne then walked me to the waiting area. The waiting area was quiet. The place was beautifully decorated/designed. They also offered complimentary nuts. I was quickly met by my next Technician, Rachael. She was extremely knowledgeable about facials. She walked me through everything she was doing before she did it. She even massaged my feet and hands. That was heavenly. I plan to go back. It was a great experience. Oh and the complimentary lunch was really good. I had the MahiMahi salad and a pina colada. Great customer service plus great technicians makes me a loyal customer.
