I used to attend group classes at Uptown pilates on madison but had fallen out of my usual routine (mostly due to laziness). I recently received a sweet email from one of the desk staff checking in on me, and I was re-inspired to join classes again! I took Bonnie's tower class in the morning and was so happy to feel my power house reengaging and my muscles limbering up after my lazy pilates hiatus. Im so grateful for their sweet manager sending that email, and for their incredible instructors. im in love with pilates again and booked for two classes a week!
