If you want to feel like the only person on earth AND get an amazing Pilates work out - you have only one choice. Laurie Beck at Pilates By The Sea. You will feel a connection with her as her passion for helping you is natural and powerful. I was never a "core workout" believer, but was curious. All I can say is that if you've never done it before or if you have - go there! Peaceful, Effective, Life Changing.
