As a qualified holistic therapist, I'm fairly picky about treatments but hand on heart, Caroline and the team at Essential Spa are fabulous. Anyone (and by that I mean specifically Caroline!) who can deal with a working mum who's working in a stressful environment with a back that's been abused for years, gets a gold star from me every time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. Professional expertise that naturally instils trust and confidence!!
