I visited this spa on during a business trip to Toronto... I called ahead to schedule, and ask for details on a special/ quote... After my visit ( which they did do a good job) They charged me way more than quoted and told me they had tried to call to tell me they had miss quoted me originally, however I never recieved that call or a message??? So, I left not relaxed at all:( I am a manager and I do my best to honor estimate-- poor customer service!
