Continuum Studio is in my neighborhood, and can't be beat for location, and services. I visit regularly, since there seems to always be one muscle or another that is out of whack for me. I just recently had a massage with Mia last week - she is amazing and finding my trouble spots and working them out. Zia at the front desk is always so sweet and remembers me every time I walk in. I highly recommend Continuum for your body work!

I suffer from chronic tension headaches due to my TMJ. I find that the selection to be able to choose a head and neck 30-minute massage is amazing! It doesn't break the budget, and gets me feeling back to my old self in a short amount of time. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and the location can't be beat.
