4.5 cos i've seen cheaper. but i'm satisfied w/da customer service, expertise, etc, and will be back! christina was awesome and though it was my first brazillian, any awkwardness quickly melted. da open hours make it very convenient also!!
nice that you can use these certificates also. and i got there 20 minutes early and got it over with earlier than planned!
